Rennie Hi Good to see you stop by! I hope you are doing well. End of year/beginning of year is always crazy. I'm always doing good just to keep my head above water.

Good Morning, Everyone!

Last night I did Restorative Poses for Relaxation from Yoga for Stress Relief

I had an unexpected gain. My mouth feels like it's healing this morning from the angioedema. My gain is either a result of the angioedema or the dairy I had at lunch. I know I have the edema going on. I have been curious about dairy though. I was eating a large container of Greek Yogurt or Ricotta cheese for lunch on the weekends. Then I changed over to the Artisan Bistro Salmon dinners. It's all a science experiment, I guess. I'm not going to do the dairy at lunch on the weekends any more.

Calories for yesterday: 1515 +
Weigh In: 161.8
Up: 1.2 pounds

Enjoy your day!

Been there, done that! People come in the office and ask how I'm doing. I tell them "wonderful!". They don't really want to hear my crap anyways. That's why when I have one of my rants, I just do it here. I can get it off my chest, I feel better, and hopefully I will keep my eating under control. It's all relative.

Up 0.6lbs today. I am eating like a bodybuilder at the hotel going for big breakfasts and going to supermarkets for a light lunch or dinner.

Breakfast: Oats. 1 coffee, milk, no sugar. Lots of scrambled egg. Lots of smoked salmon. Some smoked trout. Brocolli. 4 stuffed olives. Tomato.

Lunch: Skipped.

Dinner: Smoked salmon on rye. Red wine. Sardines. Cous cous. Trout.

Exercise: Ran 10k before breakfast. That was hard. Did 1 hour of weight training before dinner. That was easy.

Work tomorrow.

My body did a 4 pound WOOOSH!! I don't know if it was the Liver Detox drink from two days ago, or what. I cheated plenty ~ LOL! When you gain/loose, is it from food eaten how many days ago??

Anyway, had a slice of ham and coffee for Breakky.

Had Tuna Salad ~ tuna, safflower mayo, celery and cranberries for lunch

Will have the rest for a snack if no one else wants it.

Bought steak and spinach for dinner, but it is the type of night (XMas Production) where DH could easily want to go out. We will see!!

Diana dairy does me no favors ~ but still love it!!

Ok - first crazy Christmas event is over with! I was on my feet for close to six hours yesterday! I feel so much better than I did the first year I did it, and even last year though! Eating was crap though but I feel pretty confident about getting it tightened up this week.

Yesterday calories in 1740
Calories out: 500 ish (estimate based on running/walking all day).

Bagel with sausage
Cheese toast
Cheddar cheese
Cucumber.

hi girls, alaskanlaughter, i got it right! - thanx - enjoy your meal :-)

love2be150 - rennie, i still don't know where you are, don't know where RDU, NC is …

kelijpa, diet sounds pretty nice …except i wouldn't do mcdonald's although i love it!. i'm glad you can lose with your diet…it's because of your fabulous hiking …i do NOTHING but i must CHANGE that to SOMETHINFG. oh, that's right….my alarm is going off soon, for me to dress in my dreadmill gear and GET ON MY DREADMILL FOR 12 MNINUTES as i said, it doesn't seem like much, but it's a lot for me. i'm buil;ding up. i want to run one day. but i'm only walking at number 4 atm. well that;s 4 km per hour.

we'll see. i'll increase things again soon. i only have done 12 minutes once, before it was 5, then 10. i'll do 15 minutes next at still 4 km per hour, incline number 1.

running would be 6 or 7 so i have to build up very slowly.

i have a lot of serious nberve pain down my left side from neuro-surgery, also ataxia from neuro. so it's all a personal and individual journey.

we must not compare ourselves to others.
