I'll admit I've become quite a gym rat. My current schedule is

Monday - Spin or Step (45 min class) I rotate every other week
Tuesday - Sculpting class (45 min) & Zumba (60 min)
Wednesday - Personal Trainer (60 min)
Thursday - Sculpting class (45 min) & Zumba (60 min)
Friday - day off (but I am taking a beginning tap dancing class)
Saturday - Either spin, Zumba, or Step or Personal Training
Sunday - Zumba

I just started the 2 days of personal training recently, so I am still trying to figure out how to squeeze them in. I am taking them from the same instructor that teaches all the classes I take, so we both are trying to squeeze them in between the classes. Since I have started them, I am also making myself take another day off and will just rotate the day based on what is going on in the week.

I will admit joining the Y and meeting this instructor/personal trainer has really been the reason for my success so far. She pushed me to try other classes outside of Zumba & the personal training. I also made some great friends so these classes double as my social hour.

However, a hard lesson I am learning now is even with all this exercise you CANNOT exercise off your weight. Believe me, I've tried. Unfortunately, diet is the key ingredient. Luckily, the exercise kept me from gaining any weight this summer with all the vacations and what not going on, but I will not lose if I don't keep my diet in check.

Weigh-in was 181.2 this morning. So hopefully I'll be here soon.
Have a good week-end all.

I finally said goodbye to the 70's this morning. I weighed in at 169! After fooling around in the 70's all summer I finally got serious and am now moving on to the 60's. It's been college since I've seen them. Next goal is to stay out of the 70's. It seems like I always hop in an out for a week, so now I just need to get down enough to be permanently in the 60's. Good luck to everyone else & I hope to see you in the 60's soon!

living the lifestyle: Congrats!!! You will stay in the 160's this time, I just know it. In fact, we won't let you back in if you come knocking! lol

I am down 3 pounds from last week, 172.2. I can almost smell the 160's.

Ugh! I've been "stuck" in the 170's for few months now. I'm so aggravated and ready to say buh-bye to them!!!!
