This happens to me too sometimes. Then I think about what size pants I am wearing, look at the definition I see in my body etc. and realize that it's just my mind playing tricks. When we were bigger we were not in tune with our bodies. When we are in the process of losing weight then we are paying attention to the tiniest changes. I think that's why we almost become experts at finding our flaws
. Also, yes, when I started lifting weights my body composition changed dramatically. Lost more inches and body fat, even lost a few more pounds while being able to eat MORE. I <3 lifting.
