Back again.
Some days go better than others.
In the end, it's up to us to choose.
I did end up in a situation on Monday, where I did not have a lot of choice. So, I made what I felt was the best choice for me at the time.
It was one meal and one choice. It was not the end all be all of my ultimate goal. Only a small blip.
None of us are perfect.
The important thing is we keep trying!
Nachos, for supper, 150 miles from home with my sons high school football team was not high on my list of food. But, blizzard, long trip, other choice, a HOT DOG, "GAG" I opted for the nachos.
I ate half, gave the other half to the student manager. Had a burrito at Taco Bell on the way home. Starving!
It really does not matter if it's food, or exercise, or walk the dog, clean the litter box, or do laundry, or whatever the whatever of the day is.
We all have choices. It boils down to what we chose.
