You guys are all so amazing. After reading all of your replies I feel so much better. I am back to my diet and looking at yesterday as just a bump in the road. I will definitely be an active member here at 3FC, and I hope I can help others feel as optimistic as I feel after reading all this positive feedback from you guys

I'm so glad that you go back on track!!! I don't care how many times your slip up...as long as you get back on track-those "slip ups" will become less and less often.

It definately is hard to start (I had my own issues last week where I didn't go to the gym at all even though I was always tellnig myself that I was going to go). No one is a failure by slipping up, it's all part of being human. Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep going. You will get there
