That's fantastic! Well done on resisting the cravings. I hear ya on skinny cow ice cream sandwiches. Those babies are my favorite "diet" food EVER. Good idea making them your bday cake. Happy belated birthday!

I feel your pain! TOM makes me want to binge on junk and I'm tired and there's the water weight so it gives the illusion the I'm gaining despite staying n track. I haven't gottem my TOM since the baby, but I'm dreading its return. Its kind of nice working on weightloss without tom interupting my efforts!
