Well here I go again, and welcome to this new thread!
My name is Linda and I am starting over again! I am starting with a 20 lb loss as my first goal. Just trying to eat right and get some exercise. I have a long way to go but as they say "every journey starts with one step"
I am diebetic and have high blood pressure (oh joy) I have tried several diet plans and I really stuck to them without much success, so I am going to make up my own. Moderate carbs, moderate fat, moderate calories, and moderate exercise. I walk some and my SH bought a bike for me so we could bike together. I am finding that it is quite fun and even though I am very over weight I can bike.
I am looking for some fun people who would like to try this path with me. I am always looking for new recipies and I will share any I find too! Low-carb and/or low-fat is the way I am "leaning" lol
Sense of humor is a must!!
Otherwise this can become to much like a chore and then no one will enjoy the thread.
