Need some motivational strategy's please

  • Need some motivational strategies to keep me on track.

    Struggling with work home life balance as well as diet balance need to get them all on par and just get on with it.

    Trouble is my will power needs a boost
  • Step back and look at what you've lost! 29 pounds is huge. Let yourself be the motivational tool- you've come this far, just keep doing it. Balance can always be hard... you just need to figure out your groove.
