Default Starting My Diet Again....

Hello all! For a while, I had stopped my diet because we moved and I was just so stressed.... so, here I am again... starting over... I made it to 158, but gained some back... I am now 164.... It's not easy starting over because I have all of those cravings again.. I will be exercising and eating mostly frozen diet meals because I have to cook my boys regular food.. so I have found that my diet meals are the easiest for me.... I hope that I can do this again!

It's a long, hard road.....but with God's help, I can do anything!

You absolutely can do it! Look at the weight you were when you started and now you have only 29 lbs to reach your goal weight! Jump back in there and go, girl! That's awesome!
Slow Carb Diet (*Modified), Started 5/3/15 >---- ---------Bonus Goal

*See Carb-Sensitive Dieting (Thread 4)

GOAL: 164 lbs, Normal Weight (BMI) MET! 1/23/16
BONUS GOAL: 147 lbs, Normal Weight (Med Frame)
MAINTENANCE GOAL: Keep slow-carbing!

= 10 lbs lost; = 5 lbs lost:

I also think that you can do it. It is always stressful moving and getting started again but you did it before I am sure that you can do again.
