One of my girlfriends (who is a lovely size 12 and think she is fat ) told me about it--since I was a regular Equal user, I figured what the heck, I'll try a small box of it one time. Well, it is nice to have a good sweetner in my morning coffee and cereal that isn't A) sugar itself and B) have a gross aftertaste. I've used it in baking too; it is not too bad.
