Why is this? 2 days ago I was 117.4, then yesterday 117.8 then today 118.4
I didn't cheat on my diet. Even if I went over my calorie limit, which I don't believe I did, but even if I did, that wouldn't cause a pound gain in 2 days. It's not anywhere near that time of months, so what gives? The only thing I can think of is maybe I ate too much sodium? Or maybe I didn't have enough water. Is it still possible to gain a pound of fat in 2 days when I am watching what I eat?
