It seems like "dieting" might be a bit overwhelming for you. But the good thing is you can probably drop some weight with a few changes to your eating or at least stop your weight from climbing.
In order to really consistently lose weight you are going to have make a significant change to your diet, whether that be calorie counting, following a diet plan (ex. Paleo, WW's) and exercising. You've got the exercising down. Now maybe start by making small changes to your diet that might help you not binge.
For example, if you drink a lot of pop, try switching it all to diet and then maybe try to subsitute a few of those pops for water every week.
If you love pizza, and normally binge by eating 6 slices. Still eat pizza but try to only eat 2 or 3. Nothing in your diet should really be off limits. But you need to start exercising some sort of portion control.
Figuring out what is behind your binging is going to go a long way to helping you achieve your weight loss goals. Are you feeling deprived? Are you a bored eater, emotional eater?
Try not to stress about it, making a life style change can take time, you may screw up a million times, but if you get back on track 1 million and 1 you've won the battle.
