IAN 2 days ago you were free falling (-2.6) now you are coasting down down down and that is a sweet journey! I'm just waiting on the BIG TIME thread when you get to Onderland!!!!

I hope that the scale moves in the right direction for everyone today! Emurph.. you are down to a .2 above starting weight not bad its going down... We will both be at starting weight and pass it really soon!

I usually know if i i'll
have a loss or a gain based on my plan adherence the day before and this gain surprised me this morning. I did reintroduce whey protein and creatine on Monday and may be retaining water as a result of these supplements.

Eurgh, so doing 2.5 hours on the wii doing steps (whilst watching a movie) did nothing for me yesterday, in fact I've gained 0.64lbs! Think I found your woosh Ian
