First Two Weeks

  • Can anyone help me and give advice for the first two weeks. I know they will be the hardest and I am so in need of keeping it up.

    I'm at Curves, today will be my second workout. I committed to 4 days a week.

    Any advice or personal experience with their first two weeks would be so helpful.

    I don't know about you, but I'm not an all or nothing kind of person. That's what did me in the first time.

    This go round my first 30 days were to just cut out carbs at lunch, breakfast and dinner stayed the same. After that became habit, I started to change other aspects, like kicking my sugar habit completely.

    I know it's easier said than done, but don't put too much pressure on yourself. Commit to making good changes every day.
