I know it's a long stretch but I love the season between those two holidays - great time to be active, but also great food - at least not as bad as that thanksgiving/christmas/new years goodie fest
When I go on plan I typically lose 2-4 lbs a week but I'm bigger. I've been slacking lately - absolutely no accountability to my eating or exercise. I haven't budged since March-ish, up about 4 or 5 lbs since then. I'm going to do 37 lbs, that will get me at the lowest number I got last time I started losing

98 days to labor day BTW.
