and some days all I want is to overeat. WHY?
Anyways, I just wanted to express that frustration. Today I overate by about 700 calories. I've been on and off the wagon for the last few weeks.
I know if I just keep at it and find a rhythm, lose some weight, get my fitness levels up that everything will be okay but you know I just sometimes have to ask myself why I do the things that I do.
