For me, I'm finding that it's increasing my social anxiety. A lot. When I was fatter, I mostly felt invisible. I was pretty okay with that. Now that I'm getting thinner and feel better about my appearance, I feel like people notice me more. That makes me feel more anxious and worried that I'm doing everything wrong.
