Default I think I am losing it

I have lost 10 pounds in last 2 months...
Today I ordered salad and vegetables.
The vegetables were actually fried in mozarella sticks.
I saw it had some 100 calories for each piece and I had 6 of them.

I am not sure of what I feel.
I cant get over it. I know I shouldn't have and I am scared I am turning paranoid.

I need help.

One day of slip up is not a big deal. Dust yourself off, and get back to your regular routine.

First off, congrats on the 10lbs lost! You are doing great and must have some good skills under your belt from the last 2 months.

Hope you enjoyed those vegetables (wouldn't everything taste better if mozzarella had 0 calories?!)! I sometimes miss details like that too, head in the clouds or something.

Maybe go for a walk and mentally know that you eliminated a few of the calories.

Like CanadianCutie said, one slip up isn't a big deal. Getting back on plan and back to your regular plan is a must at this point though! You can do it!

Today I ate a quarter pounder with cheese meal from mcdonalds, 3 pieces of pepperoni pizza with extra cheese a good size piece of cake some parmesan bites and some chips. One bad day wont kill me and it wont kill you!! Dont beat yourself up and try to do better tomorrow!
