So I guess I need to whin a bit. Today I had my weigh in lost 3.8 lbs and even some inches I was very excited. BUT. My grandaughter graduates this year and I went dress shopping all the dresses are made tight and I still look terrible in them. I can't find a dress!:

Celebrate the good news. You were down 3.8 pounds. Don't let the negative outshine your accomplishment. Soon you will be looking good as ever in those dresses. Just keep moving forward!!

One thing I've learned: You aren't doing yourself any favors by dwelling on the negative!

Yes, it sucks that you aren't happy with any of the dresses you've tried on, but you've only just begun. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and eventually you'll get there. It's a marathon, not a sprint!
