More bread = weight loss??
After 8 weeks of eating well, lots of good protein and veggies, hardly any white carbs, moderate amounts of whole grains, weight training and cardio and not losing a single pound, I spent 3 days eating banana bread, sandwiches, hardly any veggies, ice cream, cookies, no exercise, and dropped 3 pounds.
What the heck is going on here?? Was I holding onto water weight?

: 133 ("Ideal Weight") Goal 4
: 128 (20% loss) Goal 5
: 126 ("Happy Weight")
