Looking for low glycemic WOE buddy
 

Hello Everyone,

I need to try and get some control. I suffer from debilitation fatigue and it's messing with my ability to buy, prep and cook food as well as my metabolism. It's getting hard for me to find clothes that fit and my knee is starting to hurt.

I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking for but I think I'd like to connect with people who are doing a low glycemic way of eating and possibly if they would report to me their meal plan for the day and I in turn can report mine, it might help me stay focused. I'm not very good at socializing and making small talk but at least we'd have something in common to start with.
