Default So confused! Did I really gain that weight?

Last Saturday I weighed 173.5 around noon. On Monday later I was feeling slimmer and couldn't resist seeing how much I weighed around the same time, and it was 177! I figured it was water retention, but today I am at 175.4 and I am really wondering if I gained that much weight back. I haven't been overeating at all, the only difference is I took 2 days off from the gym.

If you didn't eat 3500 extra calories for every pound you "gained", it's not real weight gain!

It could be hormones, it could be water weight, could be anything! But if you didn't consume the calories, no worry required.

It could be water weight! Your body fluctuates between 2-5 pounds everyday, no need to worry. My weight fluctuates between 2-3 pounds a day, depending on the foods I've eaten, activity level, etc.

Nope, if you were on plan don't sweat it, it's not fat accumulation.
