The scale has been a thorn in my side all week. I was trying to weigh daily to keep track of my weight change pattern BUT it ruins my mood and my day! I am vowing to only weigh on Sundays! That is my official weigh in day and I will ignore the scale the rest of the time. I am hiding it from myself (well my immediate vision) Out of sight out of mind! No matter what the scale says during the week I am down by my weigh in day so that is all I need to worry about!!! Thanks for everyones support, encouragement and advice this week as I was overwhelmed and frustrated!
