So I lost another 3 pounds making an EVEN 150.5! Woo! I'm guessing this week's whoosh was 3lbs water weight and 3lbs of actual fat, and I know thats true cause my body always reflects a fresh loss, lol. It always looks a little more boney/deflated when I've released weight, and then I'll start looking normal-ish again, and then whoosh! Boney and deflated again! I don't think I'm going all the way to 140; I think I'll look sick cause I'm already pretty boney at 150, at least in my torso region and I don't want to lose anymore from there! I need the weight off my arms and legs now.
But Y'ALL. NINETY FREAKIN POUNDS. I did it, go me! 5lbs til maintenance!
