My friend and I started a Facebook group. "Fitness for the Unfit" for people in the Augusta area who want to get in shape but are either to self conscious to join a fitness group (which are usually full of fit people) or not sure where to start to meet their fitness goals.

New members are welcome, and it is a closed group to protect the privacy of our members.
