HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA......... I SWEAR you made me laugh first thing in the morning and i needed it because i am having some trouble (personal not with eating). And you are right! I DID eat.....BUT i chose a small piece out of the WHOLE cake, ate it slowly, drank a ton of water and then threw the rest of it in the bin...........

Bottom line: NO i am not ready to co-exist in a house with chocolate cake!

The extra calories were from an avocado I ate. It was about to go bad, so I threw it on top of some chicken.

I had to shovel 5 inches of snow off my uphill driveway so I could get my car out this morning. Its almost April. It needs to stop snowing already.

Good Morning everyone - I completely overate (binged) yesterday for no reason. I am not even mad at myself, it was more like a lesson. I have been staying away from my binge foods for a while and they donīt even taste good anymore...So I hope this cured me. I feel like a dog this morning, weird taste in my mouth, belly hurts...

I planned my meals and just couldnīt get myself to have breakfast since I am still full.

Weighing in at 204.1 lbs

Good morning everyone! I weighed in this morning and saw 239.8! I remember when I started this journey I could never imagine being in the 230s!!! Not really sure why I picked that number but I did. I would get envious of people who had reached the 230s! Crazy I know! lol

Yesterday was the last day of my 6 weeks No Bread challenge and I'm proud to say that I made it!!! I absolutely love bread and now I know that I can live without it for a while. It would be crazy for me to say that I won't have bread again because that's just not reasonable for me. But I am inspired to cut down my bread intake. I think for now I will limit it to no more than 1 serving a day. I'll work from there. Now my coworker did bring in my favorite dessert (sweet potato pie) and yes I did have some. BUT i seriously had a baby slice. Just enough to taste it! I ate my baby slice and walked away! lol

You ate a tiny little slice and threw the rest of it away?!!!! You should have air-mailed it to my hungry a$$!!! What a waste! I'll bet it was beautiful.

No idea what my weight is this morning because the scale is showing a 111 pound gain. I think it's done for. Even new batteries got me wonky readings.

Yesterday calories in:1198
Leftover hawaiian pizza
salmon fillet
cut veggies with greek feta dip
garlic sausage and cheese slices
cut fruit

Yesterday Calories Out:1136
45 Minutes pool sprints.

Still 141p but I'm sure I will stall now that I had to re-increase my medication. :/ The whole reason my weightloss has been so slow (a year to lose 15p?) Is because my meds work against me. They don't make me gain but make loss slower than a snail on valium. Good news is I've had almost zero appetite for a week so I'm not indulging by any means.

I'm having an insane busy day at work so I will see how I feel tonight about the gym. BBL.

feeling good, behind on school work though and dreading writing these two papers that are already late. I'm a TERRIBLE procrastinator...it's bad. Any advice on how to get stuff done instead of letting it fester?

I think I weighed 240 when I was in 10th grade. How old would that be? That was when I went on my first weight loss journey. I lost 100 pounds that go round.

2 bananas: 200 calories
Oatmeal: 150 calories
Natural peanut butter: 100 calories
Dark cocoa powder: 40 calories
Soy milk: 40 calories
Wheat Thins (Spicy Buffalo flavor): about 300 calories
An entire Red Baron four cheese pizza: 1320 calories

Total calories: 2150

Major cheat meal intake. I still have room left for, maybe, something chocolatey, but I think I'll pass.
