I used to consider myself a pear shape but now I am nursing. My boobs are a lot bigger and I'm more of a hourglass shape now. They're probably going to shrink afterwards.

What's wrong with being pear-shaped? It's only the ideal female shape. I don't know where that silly hourglass thing came from; most women aren't shaped like that. There's an "ideal" male shape too, but I don't see them stressing over it. I say women should accept themselves just as we are.

I'm an apple when obese, but a banana when slim.

Completely pear-shaped. Small breasts, huge hips and thighs.

My measurements are 37-27-37. With my breast augmentation, I would be considered an hourglass. Without...pear!

I like to think of myself as an apple/hourglass. I have a nice hourglass shape (more or less); however, I very easily gain in my belly from water-retention etc. And my belly is the last place to lose weight.

Generally, though, I think my apple shape is masked by my height.

you never know! i lost 20 pounds and they haven't gotten smaller, i figured my boobs would be the first thing to go! they might shrink a bit when the milk glands are no longer completely full, but i never even got the milk glands going during my pregnancy and they got huge (i literally went from a 34b to a 38dd) and they didn't shrink either when i lost the pregnancy or with my recent weightloss.

what size did you get them augmented to? and how is the scarring? i'd really like a breast lift (my size is fine, a DD, and even if they get smaller they probably won't go below a small D or large C) because they sag more than they should for someone not even 23 yet, but i'm afraid of the scarring. i've also thought about making them bigger, to an H-cup, but if i can lose enough weight in the stomach they'll look much bigger than just a DD so i won't need them that big. i'm just a fan of cleavage xD

I'm definitely pear shaped and I don't mind it at all, but that could be because I have boobs, I'm a 38F. My hips are by far the widest part of me. At my largest (with measurements) I was 43-33.5-47.5, currently I'm 41-32-45.5
