I must admit that I first started posting on this forum as a bit of a joke. I was losing weight nicely and just wanted to see what others were up to.

But one month on I am absolutely hooked and I can seriously say that without this site I would have probably given up on my journey at least a couple of times by now. This place really helps you get through the "down" days but, perhaps more importantly, share and record the successes. It provides some great tips too.

So thank you to you all!

Ian I totally agree, this site really is helpful. Even if its just for a lender ear or shoulder. I love the support everyone gives!

I agree too. Even though I have "left" this site a couple times due to life getting in the way, I always end up coming back and am glad/better for it. Not once have I ever said "Why did I come back to this site?"

I've participated in a LOT of online forums. This is the one I keep coming back to. You can tell from my start date that I've been here a while. It's very active, and the people are very encouraging and supportive.

I completely agree! This site gives me a lot of inspiration and I read it several times a day just to learn new things, see the success others are having, and get support when I need it. I especially love reading through the new posts in between classes for a middle-of-the-day shot of inspiration.

Just a few months ago, I would have laughed myself silly if anyone had suggested my most-frequented site would be a health/diet board. Oh, how times change!
