There's no point eating extra , you have to exercise !!
if eat extra its normal just Do some exercise to balance it !!
many of our people are hanging with this issue , but if you are strict and disciplined to your diet then you have to do it in a manner !!

Don't be too hard on yourself.
This is a learning expierence for you, just think about what you could have done differently so that you know for next time.

This is all a part of the dieting life style.

Its a healthier way of living not a diet.
