Maybe you can post what you eat in a typical day and what your activity level is like and we can help you make some changes? I hope you're feeling better since you posted last.
You need to figure out a plan that will work for you, whether it is calorie counting, low carb, south beach, weight watchers... It may be trial and error. Exercise needs to be incorporated. Good luck to you!
