This is a great thread!
My healthy habits are:
1. I drink 64 ounces of plain water every day, when I used to never drink water!
2. Gave up my Mountain Dew daily habit. Been Dew free for a bit over 2 months and feel fantastic! In fact, I no longer drink sodas of any kind.
3. I exercise every day, at least 30 minutes.
4. I measure my servings instead of guessing.
5. I log everything I eat, drink, and all activity.
6. I no longer skip breakfast.
