Lauren Good job maintaining. I hope everything improves quickly from the oral surgery.

Ona Good job on your calories and workouts.

Exhale I hope the WW's plan is a good fit for you. Good job over the weekend.

Radiojane Sorry about the binge. Even though it wasn't on "bad" foods, it does something to you mentally. Good job seeing that it was the veggie dip and for moving on. There are a lot of foods that I cannot have in the house. I have learned from experience and don't like fighting those feelings. Keep up the great work. You are really doing a great job in your lifestyle change.

Novangel Those are some good looking shoes in your avatar! I am glad to hear that they work for you. Good job on being so close to your goal. I agree the last few pounds make a big difference. You look awesome in the picture. Thank you for sharing.

Syckgirlsfv Your dinner sounds delish! Did you make the potatoes?

Psychic You calories were still good for the day. Enjoy your family.

AKA Good job on getting that run in. I hope your Dr. appointment went well.

Misti I'm glad the Dr. was able to fit you in so soon.

Alaskanlaughter I hope you feel better soon. Good job on staying wheat free.
i actually never have tried it, but i enjoy pumpkin bread and pumpkin pie so i'd probably like the butter.

went for a walk near the park today for an hour and burned 260 calories instead of going to the gym...sometimes we just don't feel like going and working out!

sauteed New York steaks and mushrooms for dinner, and cooked green beans, carrots, and golden potatoes w/rosemary in the pressure cooker. REALLY good, healthy, and low cal! I'm at less than 1300 right now (counting the wine I plan to have) and still have the calories I burned walking.

Diana, the dinner was SO good!

Hey all. I've been away from the forum for a few days, well, since Friday. I bought a new phone (Blackberry Bold) and have been busy playing with it. So far I have wifi but it doesn't work well for 3FC (too small). I get my data plan on the 8th and then I can use the apps. On the day I got it I was so engrossed I only ate 800 cals! Made up for it the next day though when I went out for Ethiopian (my favorite).

Maintained this week. Still 155. I'm ok with that but hoping to get to the 20lb lost mark by next Tuesday. That's just one pound so should be no problem.

Today: 1250 cals.

aka8941 Good job! Getting off BP meds is my biggest goal. I know for myself I tend to get fixated on clothes fitting right or the scale moving and forget about the bigger picture of improving my health. I needed to be reminded, thanks.

I had a hard day today and there were some treats in celebration of coworkers wedding. Normally, on a bad day I'd indulge, but today I bought a soda and went to a quiet spot to read on my break.

I am noticing I am more motivated about getting back on the horse if do indulge or go off my diet. For me keeping my focus really helps.

Aka, great news about the BP meds! I'm having my cholesterol rechecked in April. Not on any meds but hopefully I managed to get mine down to where I won't need any.

Fluffy, do you have the Bold 9900? That's the one I have, prior I had the 9700. You can zoom the screen.

No snow this morning, and got my run in—yay! Had a fun night out with friends, and only drank in moderation! (That makes 2 good days in a row.) Went to see a burlesque show, headlined by Dita Von Teese. Loved seeing all the other performers too, with their plush, retro, Adele-esque figures. 

Alyssa—I love fake crabmeat! It’s one of my staples!

Misti—oh no—I’m so sorry!! I’m so glad you were able to reschedule for next week, tho!!

Diana—woohoo -.8 pounds!!

TheLauren—yay for holding steady, and then going right back down!

RadioJane—got to admit, I’m “grazing” on raw veggies as I type this!! But yay, your overall calories were good, and you lost! I saw someone post on another thread that they made a really nice low-cal dressing with powdered ranch dressing and fat-free Greek yogurt. Might you try that?

Novangel—love your new avatar, and what a great progress pic!! It’s so true, as you get close to goal, what a dif every pound makes.

Aka—that is a victory!!

1961Tracy—good job!!

Oh—when I was out tonight, we took a few pictures, and I looked fat in them! Seriously?!!

Hi everyone

I'm a 22 year old female from NZ, my starting weight is 93kgs and my goal is to hopefully lose 30 kgs over the next 9 months and get into a health weight range for my height (160cm). I introduced myself the other day in the introduction forum and the support I got really gave me the push I needed to start digging myself out of this funk I've been. It's been 5 days since I decided to get on top of my unhealthy lifestyle and things are going well I think, I've been using weight watchers online and tracking all my food choices (currently allocated 32 propoints a day), I have gone to the gym once this week but I do need to pick up my activity if I hope to achieve my weight loss goals. I have cut coke out and started drinking water, however one night I did have a small Wendy's meal with coke for dinner because I didn't organise myself properly that day but I tracked it and used part of my weekly pro-points allowance for it and was straight back on track the next day. I am trying to let go of the guilt I have around "bad food" and am trying to come to terms with the fact that I can have foods I like in moderation and I will still lose weight - I don't have to throw the towel in just because I ate something I liked that wasn't super healthy for me. I'm trying to accept that unhealthy food can be part of a healthy lifestyle and that depriving myself of things and setting restrictions will set me up to fail like I have in the past.

Day 5 (Total pro-points used: 28, 4 remaining)

Breakfast: Weight watchers nutty muesli with trim milk

Lunch: Ham and egg sandwich

Snack: Apple

Dinner: Small sirloin steak, onions, mashed potato (weight watchers margerine, trim milk), mixed vegetables, small serve of gravy

Haven't done any significant activity today but might go to the gym after I finish work

Hello, just checking in, I feel like i have eaten quite a lot today but when I logged everything with mynetdiary I only ate a total of 971 calories! I need to work on that tomorrow. As i don't want to eat less than 1400 really!

Mamakat How are you feeling this morning? Is the hip bothering you from all the exercise? Good job on getting rid of the water weight.
