Default 6 week plan to focus and in need of support

Hey all - I've been gaining and losing the same 5 lbs since October. I need to re-focus on my efforts on nutrition and perseverance. I am committing to 6 weeks of veggie-focused eating. I am also committing to blogging and posting on the forums every day for 6 weeks, to ensure I am focusing. My goal is to lose 15 lbs in those 6 weeks: I am 194.9 right now, so that puts me at 179.9. I'm over the whole "I'll start Monday" mentality - Tuesday is just as good a day as any to track my 6 weeks. Thoughts? I would love some encouragement from anyone at any stage. Let's get this done!



1) BMI no longer obese 202 lbs - met 10.30.11
2) Onederland 199 - met 10.30.11
3) Under 190
4) Over the 183 mark
5) Under 180
6) Awesomeness of under 175
7) Healthy BMI of 24.8 (168)
8) Under 160
9) Final goal of 150!

Good luck! Just make sure you have a plan for what to do after the 6 weeks--whether it's maintenance, changing your plan, or whatever. You don't have to think of it now, but think of it before the 6 weeks are over.

We're similar weight, height and a goal-wise AND I'm having the exact same problem of going from 187 up to 193, 189, 191, 188 and repeat cycle.

I am one week into a ten-week REFRESH plan, where I up my exercise and plan my meals in advance. I'm not being overly strict with myself when it comes to counting calories, but I have set myself some rules that I must stick to for the next ten weeks - mainly exercising five times a week, no question.

I am aiming to lose 18 pounds in the next 9 weeks to PUSH myself into the 160s (somewhere I haven't been for over a decade!).
Hitting my goal in 2017

Mini goals along the way
203: Lost half a stone
199: Goodbye 200s!

195: Under 14 stone
189: 10% lost & hello 180s!
184: College weight
181: Under 13 stone
174: Where I really want to get to
169: Well helloooo 160s!
165: Ultimate goal.
