We're similar weight, height and a goal-wise AND I'm having the exact same problem of going from 187 up to 193, 189, 191, 188 and repeat cycle.
I am one week into a ten-week REFRESH plan, where I up my exercise and plan my meals in advance. I'm not being overly strict with myself when it comes to counting calories, but I have set myself some rules that I must stick to for the next ten weeks - mainly exercising five times a week, no question.
I am aiming to lose 18 pounds in the next 9 weeks to PUSH myself into the 160s (somewhere I haven't been for over a decade!).
