Cool

I'm snowed in so no gym again tonight. I'm feeling blah...Seems I always have something stressful going on at least once a month with my job and/or my ex. To be fair I also have very good things happening at the same time so that evens things out a bit.

On another note: I'm having a "fat" day. After working out 7 days in a row this is the love I get. I looked at myself naked in the mirror before my shower and I still have so much work to do it's overwhelming. I could stand to lose easily another 10p and I can't even lose 3. My midsection is still very fatty and jiggly. I'm getting so tired of working so hard to only maintain. I know it's better than gaining but still..

I'm just going to look forward to my B&BW prize coming soon. I will try to keep focus on the good things happening.

RadioJane I’m kind of an it-is-what-it-is girl, when it comes to things like this—but facial hair could be indicative of something like PCOS, that you could get meds for, if you wanted them, that would speed up weightloss. Not saying you should—just that you could, maybe, qualify.

Diana I stick pretty faithfully to white wine, for calorie sake. (Drink of choice is Margaritas—but the calories in those can be crazy!!)

As of this weekend, for the first time in my LIFE, I've finally gotten rid of my belly fat!! I wouldn't share this anywhere else, but forgive me for being a little proud--can anyone tell me how to share a pic?

Gracenote--that is gorgeous!

Diana--thanks!

Exhale--sorry I don't know much about cats. Strictly a dog person here. But you could try Bach flower Rescue Remedy. It is a homeopathic liquid you can get at a health food store. Might chill them out a bit. They wouldn't feel drugged or anything. Not sure what the dosage for a cat is though.

I'm starting to think my conservative goal of 130 is not gonna be it. I still have a huge gut and don't think 25lbs is gonna get rid of it. My optimistic goal of 117 is daunting though cuz the last time I was 117 I had to eat almost nothing to get there.

Today

Coffee

Lunch--BLT with lean, reduced sodium bacon
Beef broth

Diet Coke

Dinner
Small helping of chili
Cheese bun with margarine

Snack
1/2 cup dried peas

Total about 1250

Good morning, everyone... enjoying reading your posts.

It is absolutely crazy that I can't lose any more weight.. in fact am back UP a few pounds! I see the surgeon next week and will see what he says. My legs are total sticks and my arms are also skinny as can be. It is ALL in my boobs and stomach. I think he will say we should proceed with surgery plans; if not, I will figure out what I need to do to change my plan and get more weight off. Going to wait and see what he says first because this has been working for 80 pounds (!!!) plus I not only can live with this but love the way I am eating. I honestly do think it is all the working out as LOL I now have more "flab" in my mid-stomach area and my clothes are continuing to fit more loosely. But the scale will not move and it has now been almost three months. Enough is enough!!! ARGH

60 mins 13 miles on bike...I had planned only for 30 mins since it was Tues. but was feeling good so went the entire 60.
Ate a little too many nuts, but still good in calorie range.

Pink I'm happy to hear about your dd, very good news.

Diana I don't think we'll ever see the sun again (I just turned on my light).

Have a wonderful and healthy day, everyone.

Been busy and have been cheating. Luckily, I am still just maintaining and not gaining. Weighed in at 184.6 today. I need to get back on track but I feel like I'm stuck in a rut. No exercise for almost two weeks other than walking around at work and laser tag last Saturday. I need to get back in the swing of things.

I get up at 4am for work a lot, and rarely go to bed before 11pm, so I have some very long days.

I can tell you the way that I do it, is IF. I try not to eat until about 2pm at the earliest and around 3pm is typical. With cutting my 'eating window' down to about 6 or so hours, it's easier to take in a smaller amount of calories and still feel like you are eating something.

If I eat something as I am getting up, OMG I'm hungry all day. Once the stomach engages, I want food.

It probably doesn't work for everyone, but it's how I do it.

Good Morning Everybody

Great news about your DD Pink

You're doing an awesome job Jane

Everything will work out Misty

Keep thinking of all the positives Novangel, you're doing great

Great pushing on that bike Mamakat

Diana,thank you

You will Psychic. You have the mentality to mainatining your weight and with that.. soon eveything else will fall into place.

I know Fluffy those numbers on a scale I want to weigh 145 but eating to maintain that...i just don't know.We just have to keep hope alive and see what happens. If we don't and can't then at least we can say we gave it our best shot. It's a life long process so we never know. keep working on that gut and it will get smaller. After years of planks, abs, crunches, toning I never thought my stomach/midsection would get smaller but it did and still is just have to work so hard but it's so worth it.

Way to go Hungry awesome job

I had an awesome day yesterday! mindset about what i put in mouth is getting stronger everyday and things are good.Didn't exercise today.Anxious to get back at it but Learning to stop stressing about pushing to get to the gym/working out when other things are going on.
