Red face Good Phone Apps for Weight loss / diets

Hey all! I am addicted to apps on my Iphone and I am addicted to downloading weight loss / diet apps to try out.. I thought that I would start a thread (since I am new I do not know if there already been threads made, probably has) about apps on the phone for weight loss. I just want everyone to say what app they use, what it does and why. I am always interested in trying out a new app

one of my favorites is RunKeeper.. You can either GPS your workout if you workout outside of enter your workout manually if your swimming, on a bike, treadmill, etc. I really love it and it also gives you some different workout plans that you can choose if you want.. usually they are 8 or 16 weeks and they tell you in detail what to do! Try it out, i hope you love it as much as I do!

I use MyNetDiary to track my calories, exercise, measurements and graphs my weight (and more). I also like pepperplate (and website) to keep track of recipes. I also use Sleep Cycle as my alarm and sleep tracker (with graphs!).

MyNetDiary--love to see the line on the weight graph go down. It motivates me to keep going!
