I don't know who posted it.. but I found the fitday link in someones post last week. Thank you thank you thank you! I love fitday... it's been most helpful keeping up with all my calories. For anyone not familiar with it it's at www.fitday.com and it allows you to keep a diary and list all the foods you have eaten in a day. It will add up the fat and carbs/calories etc for you and even make you a little chart. One of the reports you can look at is the calories consumed versus calories burned.. it's really motivating!
