I agree with those who say to eat more protein during the day. For breakfast, I pre-cooked and froze in packages of 6, a bunch of sausage links. In the morning, I can just microwave 1 or 2 for protein. I also sometimes eat frozen breakfast meals--some carbs, some protein. On mornings I only have carbs, I'm hungry before lunch time.
I find lunch easier to bring to work if I pack it the day before.
And finally, have you tried planning your meals the evening before? When I come home from work, it really helps me to already know what I'm going to eat and how much of it. I really resisted getting in the habit of doing that, but now it just takes 2-3 minutes to enter the next day's meals and snacks into MyFitnessPal and then I don't have to make any food decisions that whole day.
