Gained about a lbs from yesterday ugh Tom but hoping for a whoosh in a couple days to reach my new goal of 122. I decided I wanted to lose a few extra to always be below 125 with Tom or high sodium days.
Cw 125.4
168 for me, which means I gained a couple of pounds...but not really, I'm pretty sure it's just water retention because I just started strength training this week. So I'm not worried.
I weighed 227.4 this morning for a total of 12.4 pounds lost since January 15. I'm only 2.4 pounds away from my first mini-goal of no longer being morbidly obese!
