I joined a DietBet which is basically a program that you pay money to start and if you lose 4% of your body weight before 4 weeks are done, you and other winners who accomplished this get to split the pot of money from all of the contestants.

I really need this, I've gotten off the wagon. I've fallen off the exercise wagon for some reason and I've been binging the past few days and I can't do this any longer.

I'm not going to be counting calories because that makes me obsessive but I will be striving to be as intuitive as I can. I would record all of this on my blog but I don't want to put that much of me out in the open to my blog readers; especially if some of it might be negative and hard to say. My family reads my blog too and I don't need them to see my struggles like this. So I'll be doing it here. I'd love some support and tips for losing weight from intituite eating... what helps you?

Weigh-Ins.The initial weigh-in can be done online beginning 48 hours before the start date of the game. Players will be required to upload two pictures of themselves on a scale for review by DietBet employees. One photo will require a clear image of the Player’s weight on the scale along with the “word of the day” written on an index card or piece of paper. The “word of the day” will be distributed by DietBet at the time of the weigh-in. The second photo must be a full body shot of the player on the scale taken immediately after the first one. The initial weigh-in is mandatory. Weigh-ins between Day 1-28 are optional but highly encouraged.
