It was the weirdest thing. For the past two weeks I've been having a tough time with my appetite. It's been all over the place, so it often felt like I was force feeding myself. I also haven't been drinking my water like I should.
Today, I made up my mind to get back into water (I drank a little over 50 oz. today...not perfect, but I'm only just starting again. I'll drink more tomorrow) and my appetite was almost normal. What gives? I thought water was an appetite suppressant? Not that I was trying to suppress it, I just thought it was weird.
