I think maybe I need to incorporate some more proteins and veggies in my diet. Yesterday was my birthday so I cheated a litttttttle bit when I went out to dinner with the family, but today i'm right back on track. I'm going to make a few adjustments and I'll see how they work with the next weigh in. PS, I love your avatar tooo!!!
I can't wait to get back down to a comfortable weight where I can feel confident wearing heels again. My avatar is my motivation in a way, lol
@Iphianassa - Thank you so much for the comment. I'm really curious if staggering my calories can maybe help with my weight loss too. I'm definitely willing to try that to see how it works, thank you for the suggestion
