Hi All -
Am very happy to report that this morning I weighed in at 213.2 - which is just over the line from "obsese" to "overweight" in terms of BMI - and I'm so happy!
It's amazing how psychological it is to shift from one category to another. I'm hoping for another good, steady loss this week, but just had to share my first real scale victory of this journey!

Fourth Goal: 180 - lowest weight on first weight loss attempt
Fifth Goal: 170
Ultimate Goal: 165 - pre-thyroid op weight!!
