First week (well, 5 days) working toward my weight goals, and I wanted to report that I had a very modest victory - but victory none the less. I am down 1.6 Ibs!
There are still 53 Ibs to go, but this past week has reminded me that I am capable of doing this when I commit, focus, and make it a priority. This support forum and having a 3FC blog have also been huge benefits and kept me really in tune with what I'm working toward.
So yea! Moving toward my first mini-goals of 210 Ibs.
