Default diet anxiety

Hey folks- I am brand new to this chat room stuff...I lost 20lbs in the last year by running and not having huge binges and I maintained that loss for months. Now I would like to get cracking on the 50-60lbs I have left to lose and everytime I try and psych myself up to get serious and be committed I panic and eat lots of junk. Does anyone have any suggestions on how they've dealt with diet anxiety in the past? I have lost and gained weight so many times that I am afraid to go through the effort again just to gain it all back. Thanks
