Smile New Year(ish) NSVs

Not gon' lie, I gained weight over the holidays. Somehow it isn't showing, but I did (water weight? Dunno). To help me not be depressed about it, I think about some NSVs that are happening lately instead. The most prominent ones are the fact that I can wear high heels at work all day now and I can borrow most of my mom's shoes (she's much smaller than me), so woo! Go me!

Okay, whew! Back to work!

Awesome NSV coolacrity!

I gained over the holidays too. I was losing the first two weeks in November too - totally demotivating. But, today is a new day, the holidays are over, so it's back to the grind, right?

Stay positive, keep focusing on those NSVs, and let's get back to losing!
