I need a serious weight loss buddie! I quit smoking 6 months ago (well it will be 6 mos. on Jan. 7...lol) and I gained back 27 of the 60 lbs I had lost. I just signed up for Weight Watchers Online today and I am ready to do this! I decided as a reward for hitting the 6 month mark as a non-smoker, I would not reward myself with clothes or food, but I would reward myself with health! I thought maybe having a buddie would be beneficial as I had (still have) one for helping to quit smoking. He was my rock those first few months and I his. Just looking for someone to help me out here Happy New Year everyone!

Hi you are welcome to join me over on a thread I started. I quit smoking years ago and I remember how hard it was so Congratulations to you. I lost 30 plus and gained it all back plus a little more. Not much going on on the other thread but it is a place to start. Hope to see you there. My new start date is January 3
