I went swimming and weighed myself afterwards. I have lost 2 pounds already on my 6th day.

I resisted both cheese and chocolate last night, did not go over the 500 calorie limit.

Good job! I ate some chocolate last night. The only good thing is that it is all gone now and I know I won't bring any more into the house.

Also, Rosamaria, congrats on the 2 pounds down!
I still have 2,000 steps to do on my self-assigned 12,000 today so should get off the internet for a while.
I am glad it is Sunday, can't wait for the New Year and to see what my starting weight for the year will be! WOot!
