Default Squishy and jiggly

Ok, so I'm not losing weight quickly, but I'm losing inches SUPER fast. I've noticed my belly fat has gone from firm to incredibly squishy and jiggly. Anyone else have this issue? I'm down 4 pant sizes in 2 months, but only 13 lbs from 254.

Yep. When them fat cells get loaded up with fatty acids the skin can be pretty firm. My kids used to call me "iron belly" because I had a pot belly that was hard as steel.

Yes, I'm experiencing this. My stomach was definitely not this jiggly when it had more fat in it. I'm just hoping that the skin will firm up as the fat leaves.

Wow--4 pant sizes is FABulous!!
And isn't it funny how a soft belly is kind of great progress?!

I laughed so hard when I read this. It is unbelievably ironic for sure.

I've been noticing lately 2 out my 3 of my trouble areas are more "squishy and jiggly" (lol) than usual. I was so confused since I know I've been kicking butt with my workouts and my eating has been good as well.

So I did a search, found this thread and researched some more. I feel a lot better knowing that possibly the fat in thoses areas are possibly leaving soon. I would have never thought getting more jiggly meant progress.

Thanks so much for this post!
