First post on here but I've been following this thread for a while to get some inspiration. Started a few months ago at my highest wight of 174. Down to 154 today and can't wait to get out of the 150s.

I checked in at 153.0 this morning (last weigh in, 16 days ago: 153.8). Losing very slowly, but still losing, which pleases me since at the moment my goal is just to maintain and I'm not controlling my eating much.
