Congrats on your loss Clevername, I know you were sick of #153.2 but I've never been happier to see it, as long as I'm not here too long.

Vermontmom, you are so close, keep up the good work.

151 (still) This is the hard part for me, restricting calories, carb, sugar, and working out even harder, yet not seeing a lower number. I will hang in there!

I am at 150.4 so close. It will probably take another 2 weeks to get down to the 140's and stick. My 80 pound mile stone is at 148. 2 more pounds!!! I have been thinking about my ultimate goal and having trouble contemplating anything lower than 145. At 5.3 and1/2 that is the bare minimum for healthy BMI and still on the upper edge really. Then there is body fat to contend with. I am realizing that there really is no end goal with health and fitness. Its a moving target with many things to aim for.

152.0 this morning! I've been so happy all day, I'm not usually so excited about a new number. I'm 10 lbs away from my lowest pre-pregnancy weight, and already 7 lbs below where I was when I became pregnant with my 10 month old.

Hi guys...I'm still here. I saw 149.9 for a hot minute on Friday, but then went back up into the 151s. Again.

In brighter news, mimsyborogoves, you rock my planet! Go on with your bad self. Dstalksalot, you amaze me.

I hate weight fluctuation for no apparent reason. Up 1.5 pounds today.... No PMS, No ovulation, no extra salt.....just up.

150.9 today...juuuuust made it out of 151.

Is it weird that I think of you guys when I step on the scale? I mean, of course, after I think, "please let me be out of the 150s".

Question: do you ever wonder if your brain "rebels" once you get to a certain weight? I've noticed that as soon as I see lower numbers suddenly I have out of control urges and cravings. Is that a thing?

^ may be a physical reaction to actually losing fat or to much calorie restriction. Your body is like...." I'm losing fat, I need to eat more"

Kk2323, yes it certainly seems that way for me. I made my 10lb goal for the month now I guess my subconscious thinks its ok to relax because I have been rebelling all week. I feel out of control with my sweets consumption and its like I just can't help it. Needless to say I'm not happy about this, I sure hope it doesn't result in stall or a gain .

Kk2323, I experience this as well - I was 152.0 on Monday, then had a few treats on Mon/Tues, and one today, and was at 154 today. Now I have to lose those two pounds again.
